    Item didn't match description so we paid to ship it back to the manufacturer. We've attempted to obtain a refund for the order, but the manufacturer has not replied to any emails. Credit Card dispute will also be filed.

    Hi!

    I purchased a framed canvas for my living room with the following info:

    Shipping Method: Free Shipping

    I received the items and realized that the hanging hardware for a 40inches* 40 inches framed canvas was super flimsy.

    I did however hang the frame and as expected it fell down a few months back. It did not break the first time (when I should have contacted them) but fell again and this time the frame broke. I reached out to Pop Canvas on how to get it repaired or if they offered replacements and they did not reply to messages. They do not have a phone number on the website except one in the policy page and that is also wrong. They do not return emails either.

    The set cost me $701 and now I am unable to get the same without paying for another flimsy new one. Can someone help?
