    Nature of dispute: Our initial airline failed to take off at the scheduled time thus making our plane late for the connecting flight to *****. After sitting on the runway again, one flight attendant rushed us to the connecting terminal, but it was too late, thus, making us miss our connection. When I requested we be put on the only other flight leaving that evening to **, the airline refused to do so and after waiting around for over an hour they rebooked us for the next flight which was 24 hours later. That resulted in a need for an overnight stay in a local hotel at my own expense.

    affiliated entity. As a result, there is nothing General Re Corporation or
    any of its subsidiaries can respond to or address.  We recommend that to the extent complainant has concerns about the ***** and **** ******* policy, the complainant direct
    the inquiry to either ***** or **** *******.
