My son is 20 years old. He began life coaching with Joel S*****, who is a PhD and his employee Jake S****** I was paying them$200 per week. They reduced the fee to $100 per week for sessions. He was helping him with his high school diploma online my son also works. My has learning disabilities Two weeks ago. He had a session at 1 PM at 1:20. He said there was a pause in services. I emailed the agency theytold me they will no longer be seeing my son as to no fault of his own. I have multiple emails where I was no longer to get a straight answer. They cited some billing issues. They had two credit cards on file there was never a payment list. They actually had questionably build me several times and I assumed was irritated when I had asked them sending me a patronizing email. My son has very much developed

a therapeutic relationship with his life skills coach he’s now left hanging not knowing how to complete his pen foster diploma program online he was being and coached in life skills as I’ve mentioned by this life skills coach we have paid out $2400 in the past one year I’m a single parentthat gets no help from his father he works part-time I work part-time I get SSI, which is not a lot of money. We are left now with no life coach no tutor and he is still struggling in school. He is a special-needs student with an IEP and a504 plan Joel s***** will be taken to litigation if this is not rectified he has offered no reason no valid reason of why my has been completely left with no referral. He says that there’s a plan in place my son cannot access that plan. I don’t know what to do. He is emotionally scarred as am I. I think that their agency needs to be investigated for billing purposesbecause once I started asking questions all of the sudden my sons relationship therapeutically with this agency was cut off within 20 minutes after being with them for over year.
