I was emailed today regarding a line of credit. The person emailing me immediately lied. They said "This is Ben from Parkview. I understand that you spoke to one of my guys regarding a Line of credit." That is completely false. I never reached out to them. I never spoke to anyone from their company. I'm guessing that they purchased my information from someone and decided to harass me. I want to report them for making false claims, harassment, and dishonest business practices. I want to be removed from their system, I want a written apology or I will seek further action for the claims that I am accusing them of in this complaint.Business Response

Hello *** *********,
I received your BBB complaint and want to address this matter promptly. However, I’m currently unable to locate any record of your information in our system. Your name, business name, and email are not appearing in our database as a business owner contacted by us.
I also reached out to our Line of Credit division, and they have no record on file either. Is it possible that you may have used a different business name or email address when the communication occurred?
We partner with a variety of lenders who sometimes provide contact details of business owners that may be interested in a line of credit. Our standard practice is to confirm that interest first—if someone indicates they’re not interested, we mark them as such and cease communication.
I apologize if the message you received caused any inconvenience. If you could kindly share the email or business details associated with the outreach, I’d be happy to investigate further.
For clarity, your contact information does not appear on any internal list maintained by Parkview Advance—either for calls or emails.Initial Complaint

Tony A******* with Parkview followed up with me relentlessly from November 2023 through July 2024 when I finally filled out their application. After submitted and hearing nothing back, I began receiving over 15 calls a day. Many from the same finance, *** company and many from others. I've been told the information was obtained from ParkviewBusiness Response

******* ****** stated that Tony A******* with Parkview Advance followed up with her relentlessly from Nov 2023 - July 2024 stating that she finally filled out and submitted her application in July. Tony and all of our employees will follow up with an interested business owner/merchant if the owner requests them to do so. If they are not ready to apply for funding, they will most likely discuss if they would like a call back in the near future etc. and move on to other business owners that are ready to do so. If she got a call back in July, it had to have been discussed. Every client fills out our application at their own will, which apparently Brittni decided to do just that in July. After an application is submitted, the funding process begins, which is another step all of our potential clients are made well aware of, as was ********.
She stated she never heard back from Parkview. That is not the case. ******** was sent an email from our funding manager regarding her file and how to proceed with the funding process. Our funding manager never received an email back or an inquiry from her in writing regarding the status of her application.
******** stated she began to receive 15 calls a day, many from Parkview, many from other lenders. If she received so many calls from our company daily, which she did NOT, then why wouldn't SHE just ask the question "What is the status of my application?" We had no communication from her after she submitted her information.

I'd like a copy of the email regarding my application attached to this claim for review. You sold my information to other lenders. Thats why I received so many calls. I personally followed up with Tony. Not the other way around. If you relentlessly called me to get me to submit an application but you only send an email to update the status? Please attach a copy of said email.Business Response

Your statement accusing Parkview of SELLING your information is completely FALSE information. We have NEVER sold ANY of our clients information. It must have happened with someone else you applied with but 100% not with us.
Your statement of you being the one reaching out to Tony in July, why are you complaining that he harassed you for close to 8 months? Like I stated, our employees and our prospective clients communicate as much or as little as the client wishes. Who in the end called who is not the issue here. You filled out the application. You were notified that it was being processed, looked at in underwriting. Again, if you spoke to people at our company on a daily basis with numerous calls, which would never ever happen, you should have asked one simple question on one of those calls-"what is the status of my application". Maybe you really should have taken some initiative to find out about your file if you really wanted to receive funding from us. Maybe you were in the process of submitting applications with other lenders and did not pay any attention to any of our emails.
Attached are two emails that were sent to you letting you know your file was in underwriting. This will also be my final email discussing this matter. Funding small business clients is a process. Communication is key and if we don't have that from the prospective client, their business will not get funded. We are in the business of helping the small business owner receive the funding that they request. Bottom Line!!

That is a copy of the same email. Only one is showing the addressees. Blaming me and then only sending this email showing you received what I sent is merely proof that you never got back to me after that email. Not once have you mentioned that my file was ever reviewed or what said 'status' was. You're determined to clear your company name of selling my information all the while showing no proof of resolve. Furthermore, if you have the authority to determine the finality of the complaint perhaps you also have the authority to review the processes on your companies end regarding follow through. It is very unfortunate that upon pursing business with you, I received one email stating my file was under review with nothing further. The calls I receive still to this day are from your competitors, hence my assumption that your company had no intentions of doing business with me and only to sell my information. If the only resolve that comes from this complaint is that you remove me from your files and mark me as DNS on any of your CRM's, that will be good enough for me. Good day.Business Response

On February 13th I entered into 2 *** agreements with Parkview Advance, for a total amount of 22,498.50.
The agreements were paid in full in early April, and they continued to pull funds from my account. Collectively they pulled over 7k in additional funds above what the contracts stated. I've asked for them to reimurse me for funds multiuple times over the last two weeks, and they say ok, it will happen in 2 or 3 days. Then they say ok it will happen tomorrow. Then they say ok it will happen in an hour. But after two weeks the funds have still not been sent back to me. Today I was told that the funds would be wired within the hour, and 6 hours later they responded to let me know accounting has gone home so it won't happen until next week.Business Response

Thank you for taking some time out of your day to provide us with feedback. The two positions in question you are referring to are currently in a Default status as over 50% of the payments were bounced on the first advance, and an additional 35% of the payments were bounced on the second position.
At this time there is still an open balance with Default and Legal fees that have been incurred due to violations with the payment schedule outlined under the Fees and other items portion of your contract.
We would be willing to waive legal fees and work with you directly on this balance as you have been forthcoming about communicating with us through this process.
Please Reach out directly to your account manager Frank at ###-###-####
Thank you.

My name is ******* ******* I am president of ****** ******** *** ******* *** based out of ****** *** ****. I want to make a formal complaint against your client Parkview Advance for taking advantage of my small company stealing overpayments on a loan agreement and not returning it. Attached you will find contract documents, prepayment addendum, payoff latter and my wiring receipt paying off this note. All payments were on time, all contract stipulations were met. When calling for a payoff there team generated a letter based on current payments that have cleared there accounting system *** track software. Parkview acknowledged there were 5 payments not cleared to date in there system, i also acknowledged this. They confirmed that those payments would be returned the following week. After waiting some time i was informed via text as well as phone call that the money was not going to be refunded. After receiving a complaint that ****** ******** has filled with the *********** ** ****** i then received a call from Parkview offering to settle the amount in question $16,071.45 which was overpaid by ****** to Parkview for half. Parkview offered to settle the complaint with the ** ****** for $8,000 in return ****** would not proceed any further actions. ****** denied the request repeatedly asking that the refund that is due does not belong to Parkview. If you can offer any assistance in recovering these ACH payments sent to Parkview it would be much appreciated.Customer Answer
