    On April 20, 2024, while traveling with my family we needed to stop for the night and called the ******* ****** phone number to find out rate information and to make a reservation for two rooms. I was told that the rate was $104 + tax and because of the time they could not accept a reservation and that the hotel would honor the rate. This was not the case. The clerk told me the rooms would be $149 each per night, but since we objected the rate was reduce to $139 each per night. Since we were tired we took the rooms. The rooms were run-down and dirty. I feel we were the victims of a bait and switch scheme. I contacted ******* who did not offer anything but the phone number of the property and told me since i didn't have a reservation, they would not honor the originally quoted price. I did not have a reservation since i was told i couldn't make a reservation at that time of night. I would like a refund for the difference including proportional fees and taxes. I only attached one receipt since the hotel only provided one, i beleive there may have been some problem with the printer
