    These guys are the best! I had a lot of big bulky furniture to be removed from my current apartment. The movers that brought this furniture in had scratched up my walls and damage my door frame so I was very nervous about removing the furniture but these guys did it perfect not a single scratch not a single dent it was done perfect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Do not pay attention to any negative reviews. I’m so glad I didn’t pay attention to them. I had a great interaction from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

    Outstanding service! The movers were amazing. I had a lot of heavy antique furniture that needed to be moved. In addition to all my other furniture. Everything was meticulously wrapped and handled with care. No damages no scratches on any of my things And there was no damage done to either property. I have moved many times and this was my best experience.
    I highly recommend if I could give 10 stars I would!

    I inquired about moving services and I was a little concerned they had phenomenal reviews on one particular site where it showed that they were hired over 3000 times I could see that the reviews there were all from verified customers that they worked with from that site however, when I googled them, there was a few unfavorable reviews on two sites, however I noticed that they were not part of those site so I decided to dig in a little deeper, and I reached out to them and had a long lengthy conversation. The woman on the phone absolutely lovely. She was extremely helpful and patient and answered all of my questions. I did bring up my concerns about reviews that I read from searching on ****** And what she explained was reassuring and made sense. It seems like anybody can come on this site and other sites and trash talk a company without any justification or premise. I’ve learned that companies put up their own reviews on ******* **** etc… you really have to weed out what’s real and what’s not. I did hire them to move my three bedroom house and they were the best company I’ve ever used in my 40 years!! The reviews here are absolutely false and I had A flawless move from start to finish. I had to come on here and defend them because they are an amazing company and I want to take a minute and share my experience so that I hope other people will take the time make up their own mind. They are a great bunch! Very professional, very experienced and knowledgeable!

    If I could give them a 0 star I would. Do NOT book with them. Very unprofessional. Lied about time they would show up for the move. Even after I accepted their time change. Waited 3 1/2 hrs after the scheduled time as if I had nothing else to do … very inconsiderate of other people’s time but charge very hefty for their time, Unreasonable. BEWARE , you should look for other movers.

    This was one of the worst experience I've ever had with a company first they change the time a day before moving date that we agreed, then the day of delivery, they were 3 hours late ,then when they arrived, they didn't agree to nothing that we agreed upon a month ago, they changed up on everything.

    We reached out to you on Friday the day before your move and asked if we could move your appointment from morning to afternoon. You were extremely accommodating your exact words to us was “thats fine long as I’m out by Monday”. We only changed your appointment from Saturday morning to Saturday afternoon. We also gave you other options if that did not work for you but again you were extremely accommodating about the change.
    Now, when you say we didn’t perform what you hired us for That’s a lie. You are trying to say that we did not remove and dispose a couch for you as part of Junk Removal services that we told you we were going to do for free. Junk Removal is not a free service, it is an added service customer pays for. You kept insisting to my movers that you had it in a text message that we were going to remove and dispose of a couch for free. We gave you a written contract that you signed with all the details of your move. Nowhere on that contract did it State anything about moving a sofa offsite and disposing it for free. Your contract did not mention a sofa at all because you never mentioned a sofa to us until the day of your move when I confirmed your inventory with you, that is when you mentioned you had a sofa that needed to be moved. You never mentioned wanting to dispose of it for you.
    I’ve asked you plenty of times to please provide the documentation that you say you have where I said we would be removing your sofa for free. Nowhere in your contract, text message or email did we ever discuss disposing a couch for you. What you hired us to do is exactly what we did, we moved all your furniture from the first floor to the second floor in fact after the move you texted me and complemented my movers.
    For you to come on these platforms and give false information is wrong. You’re misleading anyone who reads this by saying we did not perform the job that you hired us to do because we most certainly did..
    We showed up on the date you hired us and moved everything you hired us to do.

    I have a small business where I refurbish furniture. My client wanted to have a piece of furniture delivered to their home and we hired St. John moving. They were very responsive and easy to coordinate with before the move. I was looking forward to working with them.
    On the day of, they showed up an hour late with no communication. They were pleasant while loading everything up. That said, when I gave them instructions on how to reinstall the door, they sort of wrote me off and didn’t listen.
    An hour later, I get a call from my client. They installed the door incorrectly and damaged the piece. Miguel also yelled at her when she suggested a way to fix it.
    The moving company claimed that our furniture was faulty, but when we went to do the repair, it turned out that all we had to do was loosen the screws and make a slight adjustment to the door (ie., lift it up and screw it back in again).
    The moving company said that this was not their responsibility, but they literally assured me before the move that they could take on the task.
    Communications after the damage happened were defensive and unprofessional, rather than helpful and conciliatory.
    My business was also put in a tough spot during this situation. I did everything I could to work with my client to resolve the matter and make things right. This company did the opposite and they were rude and evasive.
