    This was the worst dealership ever. It was my first time ever going to a dealership and me not knowing much as a female they sold me a lemon. I went in for a Honda and came out with a **** ****** that they claimed is what I could afford (LIES) as for monthly payments. So, I end up financing it for $24.000. Within 2 weeks I had to take it back because I smelt something burning again, they claimed it was leaves another lie. A month later I took it back and they had to take it over to another place to handle the issue now and gave me a loaner for almost 2 months. The place they sent it (They have been so good to me) said it was something about a cap cracked and didn't even fit up under the engine wasn't properly placed on, so they fixed it. Now this is my 3rd time in 16 months of having this vehicle that it needs work (it needs a new head gasket and a coolant tube) that will cost me $7,131 to fix and the extended warranty has expired how amazing is that. All Honda can say is we can put you in an electrical car that's going to cost me twice as much as I'm paying already and still have to finish paying for this Subaru.

    After a review of *** ******* ******** vehicle history, it was determined that she purchased a 2019 ****** Impreza on December 18, 2023. The vehicle had 67,597 miles at the time of purchase. *** ****** also purchased a warranty that is valid until December 2025 or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.
    On January 6, 2024, *** ****** reported a squeaking noise while braking. The vehicle was taken in for service by the manufacturer, and the rear brakes were replaced.
    On February 19, 2024, *** ****** returned to the dealership, reporting an oil leak. The vehicle was examined by a mechanic, and it was then taken to a ****** manufacturer's dealer. The recommended repair was made, and the cost of the repair was covered by Honda of Stamford.
    To date, there have been no further problems reported. *** ****** continues to have the vehicle serviced at ****** of Stamford. Records show the following servicing dates:
    * April 16, 2024
    * May 30, 2024
    * December 4, 2024
    * April 10, 2025
    In addition, we have independently confirmed the accuracy of *** ******’s claim that the vehicle has been maintained by ****** of Stamford through an independent review of the vehicle’s CarFax history.
    *** ******’s claim that the vehicle in question is a lemon is untrue, as it is within the guidelines of the Connecticut Lemon Law (CGS §§ 42-220 to 42-226a). The maintenance being recommended is normal and in line with the vehicle’s age and mileage.

    By far the worst dealership have ever experienced, my first lease was a joke.
    The car total worth was 32,005 and they marked it up to $39k in change. I’m paying $718 a month for an HRV and I put down $3,000 cash down.
    I had changed my mind literally a day later after signing. I made calls after calls to see what my options are. The same way they marked it up they can take back and resign the contract. Lou GM admitted on the phone he has expenses to pay the light to keep the business open when really he does not want to lose profit because I have not even made the first payment. Worst people to deal with. $800 for registrations fees is crazy. I got robbed legally. Better off going somewhere else honestly.

    HORRIBLE! I have things on my contract that I was total I needed to have, but it was optional. I was also charged $617.00 for vin window etching and they never had that on my car. I was told I needed to put down 1, 500 dollars as per the loan company. Lies! I asked what was the 1,500 dollars for and was told for DMV fees and registration. Lies! The cost was only 255.00. I asked several times and got a different answer every time. The warranty costed an additional $3500. I DID NOT WANT THAT. THESE PEOPLE ROBBED ME IN THE BROAD DAYLIGHT....* ********* **
