    JNR installed a new toilet in our house incorrectly causing a slow leak into our ceiling that was happening over the course of 2 years causing black mold to grow in the ceiling. When the toilet was removed, you could visually see that the placement of the toilet was off causing the slow, continued leak. The plumber who came to fix the toilet and reset verified the issue and showed us what was done incorrectly. We also had a mold remediation company out to view the ceiling and they confirmed what they saw in the ceiling was from a long term leaking of water.
