If tuition is paid directly through the business office of the school, cash or checks are accepted. Tuition can be paid by credit card via our tuition management provider, Blackbaud SMART Tuition.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Contract verbiage below:

TUITION REFUND INSURANCE is offered to all families at the time of enrollment.
We understand that unless we pay the entire amount due by (date listed in contract),  the School requires our participation in the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan (the “Plan”). The Plan will insure tuition (prepaid or due), according to the terms of the policy, in the event that the Student withdraws from or leaves the School prior to the end of the school year. We have read the brochure describing the Plan and authorize the School to collect any claim payment payable under the Plan and credit it to our account. We understand and agree that we will be obligated to pay the School, within 30 days of receiving a final bill, any tuition and fees balance still outstanding after any payment by the Plan has been credited to our account.

CANCELLATION: OBLIGATION TO PAY FULL AMOUNT OF TUITION

We understand that we may cancel this contract in writing, without any further obligation, on or before (date stated in contract), but that our registration fee will not be refunded. We understand that if we do not cancel this contract in writing on or before (date stated in contract), we will be unconditionally obligated to pay
the full amount of tuition due. We understand that the overhead expenses of the School do not diminish with the departure of some students during the course of the school year, and agree to pay the entire amount stated herein, even if the Student withdraws or is dismissed from, or for any other reason ceases to attend, the School. No portion of tuition or fees paid will be refunded under any circumstances, and any unpaid
portion of tuition and/or fees will remain due to the School as liquidated damages. Furthermore, we accept the policy of the School that until our account is paid in full (1) the Student will not be permitted to participate in the Program or any other School-sponsored activities; and (2) the School will not provide the Student’s official transcript to any other school.

FORCE MAJEURE
The duties and obligations of the School under this Enrollment Contract may be modified or suspended immediately, without notice, because of force majeure causes beyond the School’s control and occurring without its fault or negligence including, but not limited to, fire, acts of God, war, governmental action, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic or any other event beyond the School’s control. If such an event occurs, the School’s
duties and obligations under this Contract may be modified, suspended or postponed until such time as the School, in its sole discretion, may safely resume operations. You acknowledge and agree that the sole remedy for a force majeure event is a credit for future service delivery and not a tuition refund. Such credit for future service delivery shall accrue on a one-to-one basis for each week that the School is closed due to a force majeure event and shall be limited to a maximum of eight weeks which may only be redeemed during the eight week period immediately
following the conclusion of the Enrollment Period. In no event shall the credit for future service delivery be carried forward to a future Enrollment Period or Enrollment Contract.
