    Owes our company over 100k will tell you payment being processed ASAP and nothing comes until you pester for weeks and show up

    It's a shame that I have to leave a review on their BBB page, but I can't let this happen to other people. This management company is extremely dishonest... a $7,000 loss is where I draw the line. I was a tenant at **** from 2023-2024. These folks will find a way to keep your security deposit. I've rented in *** with ease, never once losing my security deposit. Don't be seduced by the newness of BLT's properties or any of their incentives, as they have too many tricks to get you in the end. They tried to take down my review elsewhere, so I have to go where the truth won't be suppressed

    If I could give zero stars I would. The entire area is infested with mice there are traps around every building. I have had major holes in my apartment, which keep getting filled by rodent foam, and they somehow continue to come into my apartment. I have to wait overnight even though there’s 24 hour maintenance and there is supposed to be a concierge on 24 hours for the mice to be removed once they are trapped. I have not been offered a new unit due to the failure of construction inspection prior to me moving in. This building is strictly about money and looking good on the outside, but management sucks! They have no loyalty to their residents and they do the bare minimum when there is an issue. I do not recommend living here because they fail to do a thorough inspection of their apartments prior to renting them out. The retention of this building is also very low. People will move in and move out the first year or however, long their least term is. I have even seen people break their lease due to management. There are so many rules. It’s like living in a college dorm. Please consider the cleanliness and safety of your apartment and the environment of the building prior to moving in. Make sure you look behind the washer, water heater, underneath the stove underneath, the dishwasher, underneath any countertops, and your bathroom sink for holes in case mice may come through. You should have those filled prior to. Another thing is, I was even asked if I packed the mice and brought them in to the building. Which was very offensive because how does one pack mice? I have never lived with mice, and this is very traumatizing. I am scared to walk around my apartment at night. Please be careful if you rent here especially if you have children or pets because you will have to live with traps in your apartment
