      One of their agents, Len S******* had gone to a property I saw to preview it and upon speaking with him a seeing video he took I decided if this home ( which was a new listing) was going to be best and highest offer that I’d offer and otherwise wait a week to negotiate.

      Ken knew the agent and said it’s best and highest by Monday which I didn’t believe but put in an offer trusting him. I signed the documents and though he said he never submitted them, the seller agent told a friend of hers they were accepting an offer.

      Another agent I asked to see if they were really taking best and highest said the realtor had a lot of offers and were taking one Monday.

      It seems deceitful and I pulled out before he submitted the offer only to find there really never seemed to have been many offers and it appeared to me the best and highest was meant to course me to make that offer because once I withdrew, the listing agent said there is no best and highest and no offers.

      I parted ways believing my agent Len S******* had told the listing agent I’d make an offer if it was best and highest and then when I withdrew it appears that was probably what happened but I forgot it as I was also buying in another state,

      Today I wanted to have a lawyer look at the documents he sent me that I signed last week or so but the link he sent me had expired so I texted him to resend it and he said no to have a lawyer contact him.

      The lawyer said he had no right to force me to retain counsel to retain a copy of the documents he’d sent and he refuses to send them to me as I’m entitled to.

      The office has no apparent manager to complain to which would probably not help anyway as it appears they collude together as it looks like he did as my buyer agent with the seller agent. I obviously can’t know for sure but it seems more likely now that he’s refusing me my rights to the documents.
