    Online purchased 2 commuter shirts for work, After wearing one of them only 3 times the fabric started coming loose and hanging off the cuff. I went back and forth with customer service for weeks and they essentially told me good luck, they can't help. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR CLOTHING. Horrible customer service and product. When you purchase a $110.00 shirt, you expect it to deliver. If it fails to, a company should make it right. Not Rhone. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

    Online purchased two shirts on sale from Rhone, swift shirt 2.0. Clear Factory defect, neckline is loose and hangs. They refused to let me return or even exchange the product despite quality control issues. I sent them a picture to compare with a previous rhone athletic shirt I got showing difference, which clearly shows a difference. They continued to deny accepting responsibility. I called and emailed until they suggested "I use a tape measure to measure the dimensions of the shirt to prove it was different from their factory measurements." Im floored. I am quite discouraged by their unwillingness to take my concern seriously (have me send them the shirts for them to measure themselves, or advise me take to a local rhone shop for them to assess, all reasonable next steps to advise to a customer.) This process has been going on for two weeks now and I can confidently say this is my last time dealing with this company that values their bottom line over the customer's satisfacton.
