    Daysha serviced me for a lash hybrid set for a sale price of $100. Within 24 hours some lashes fell and Daysha was contacted 8/19/2022. Daysha offered to fix the problem 8/20/22 but notified she was unable due to being sick. Since then Daysha’s communication has been very poor and on 8/24/22 she was contacted again about getting a discount or free refill. Daysha has rudely apologized and gotten offended when I told her I technically didnt get what I paid for. Daysha stated she would send me my funds back but instead blocked me so I have no way to contact her. Daysha has been contacted via email and has been very rude and disrespectful since after i’ve waited almost a week for a resolution. Daysha has then went to ********* to post lies about me saying i threatened her and her daughter when I told her i will report her business and visit her shop with the cops for assistance. Daysha is a horrible business owner.

    Ms ******** ******** was received service at my business; Beauty Clinic LLC; on 8/18/2022 for a hybrid lash set valued at $120. But got a sale price for $100. Ms ******** was given after care instructions along with a lash brush to maintain her lashes.The very next day; 8/19/22; Ms Crawford  informed me that a few of her lashes had fallen to which I immediately responded offering to fix the lashes. 
    Due to a conflict in scheduling along with an illness Ms ******** and myself went back and forth via email and text message making arrangements for her visit.
     Payment was not discussed being that I value my customers and set a high standard for my brand and product.
     I offered Ms ******** to fix her lashes on multiple occasions free of cost to which she stated that she suddenly did not feel comfortable at my place of business. 
    It should be noted that since Ms ******** refused my services she has since sent multiple unwarranted messages making accusations that are completely false. I then contacted the authorities to obtain a police report 
     due to the fact that Ms ********* emails became excessive in a harassing manner.
    she has threatened me, has mentioned my daughter and has even threatened to come to my shop with people

    I also have proof that she has done this to another lash tech in the area and I will attach those photos as well

    has mad multiple profiles harassing me texting me emailing me she has made a fake ****** review

    i’ve owned my business for four years and I’ve never had a problem I’ve never had a complaint.
