    They charged me $149 for a $20 air conditioner run/start capacitor. The OEM Carrier part was less than $30 including shipping and sales tax.
    When I asked him if this was a mistake his reply was: "It's flat rate pricing. I have to cover that part for a year. I’m a service company not an online sales company. I’m sorry if you think we are high. But I am fairly priced compared to other companies in our demographic."
    By the way, they should build the labor or service pricing which is high enough to cover the possibility of having to replace a defective part still under warranty.
    I wish I had not used this company.
    I told him I would never use his services in the future.
