    This company provides broadband internet service to rural customers. Over the past 2 years the service has had multiples outages, many for days at a time. No recompense has ever been offered to customers, just many, many excuses. In 2 years, I estimate we have lost the equivalence of 1 month of internet service. 2 days ago the owner emailed all the customers saying that Broadband 365 was switching to a new payment system **** ****** *********** and that we should fill out the payment form with our cc#. Then last night the internet went out during a storm and we received an email telling us they were working on a fix. (**** ****** **********) I emailed earlier today asking when we would have service again, because I work from home. I received an email saying they aren't going to fix it and they are just going to leave Denton! No warning if I hadn't emailed. The CEO of this company is terrible! He is unprofessional, rude and we wouldn't stay with the company if we had a choice other than our phone hotspot. I figure he will set up someplace new and I don't want people to fall for his lines again.
