      BEWARE THEY DO NOT CARE:
      Seen early September for bloodwork, exam etc. results came in MORE THAN 20 days ago. Provider NEVER showed for online appt. And when asked why they dr couldn’t call in my meds for INFECTION LAST WEEK was told she was “away on conference” and they didn’t know if the covering could “fit it in” but they assured a cal back that NEVER CANE. Refusal to tell me where my antibiotics were called in? STAY AWAY FROM THIS “BUSINESS”
      When finally annoyed enough and the mere MENTION of contacting my lawyer, NOW the “office refuses to communicate except thru email”
      I WILL BE calling my lawyer NOW. Gross negligence and absolute and total lack of concern for patients and humans in general.

      I will never go there again! I went for an severe issue I was having and was prescribed a relief for my situation I have waited almost a month for results and I had to reach out to this place for the results never got a call or email in regards to my results . I also called 6 times for the prescription that I was told would be prescribed once they have the results of the issue. On the 7th call I finally got through to very rude employees there and was told I was reading the results wrong when I was not finally the employee stated that’s I was right about my results. On that same day I receive a call back and one of the employees told me the prescription was sent to a pharmacy I never used. I went to the pharmacy waited an hour at the pharmacy for them to tell me the Urgent care never sent it over. Please shut this place down or fire everyone there and hire new management and team. Thank you!
