    I was driven off the road by one of CDI’s drivers going around a curve in ******** ** around 5:44pm ET on the corner of ***** and ******** street. I just reached out to the business with this email:

    “To whom it may concern,

    One of of our drivers, trucks, ** *** ****** ** *****. 33,000; nearly drove me off the road and caused me to hit a curb, causing curb rash to my passenger side tires and rims. I also almost hit a pedestrian who had to back out of the way. I’m pretty sure your driver was texting and driving as he failed to go at a green light for a few seconds. This took place at 5:44pm ET on ***** and ******** St in ********* ** ****** I am sure there is video surveillance of it. My alignment is also off now which happened immediately given how quickly I had to jerk my car into the curb. I am requesting compensation for a new alignment and to repair my curb rash on my rims or some sort of (compensation to remedy that). I will gladly seek legal council and have any and every camera pulled that I can as yes, while this is annoying cosmetically to my car, and this was seriously dangerous for myself and the pedestrian on the street no matter the reason for your driver’s distraction.”
