    In June of 2024 I contracted Steven Roy owner of S J Roy Construction to do renovation work on my house in ******* **. The work included electrical, plumbing, total renovation of the bathroom, replacing several windows, installing new appliances, building new entry way steps, and other small miscellaneous repairs around the house. It has been one whole year, and the job is still not complete. Steven completely abandoned the job. The steps still need to be built, all the electrical fixtures have not been installed, the painting is not complete, and the painter got paint on the hardwood floor. Steven left his dumpster in my driveway for several months, essentially using my driveway as storage for his dumpster. He has not returned any of my phone calls and has not returned to the property since the fall.
