      I canceled my hotel reservation on May 13, 2022, for a May 27, 2022 hotel reservation. But on June 1, 2022, I see 2 charges on my credit card bill. Called the hotel but they tell me that they charged me once for the no-show charge even though the reservation was canceled with parksleepfly.com.

      ParkSleepFly.com supposedly reserved a room for 5/19/2022 at a hotel near ***** ******* in ****** *************. I have a reservation number that was provided to me by the company. The problem is that the hotel was booked up at least two months prior to the company making the reservation May 10, 2022. Therefore, the hotel did not have a reservation in my name. SleepParkFly.com charged me at least $40 to reserve a room that wasn't available. I then had to spend at least an hour finding my own hotel for the night and a ride to the airport the next morning. The hotel room cost almost $200 more than the one I was promised by SleepParkFly.com. I have tried in good faith at least 10 times to contact the company by email. No one from the company has even tried to contact me to rectify the situation. I will also be lodging a complaint with the ******** Attorney General's Office.

      I booked a reservation on May 5, 2022 with ParkSleepFly.com to begin on May 20, 2022 (reservation # *******). The reservation was for one night at the ******* *** located in ******* ** and 9 days of parking for a total of $247.02. A deposit was charged of $ 47.64 at time of reservation. On May 7, 2022 I called the hotel directly and was told that they had not received reservation information from ParkSleepFly.com regarding my reservation. I called the hotel again on May 13, 2022 and was told that the reservation had come in but that ParkSleepFly had subsequently cancelled it. Confused, on May 14, 2022 I emailed ParkSleepFly.com at the link they provided on their reservation confirmation inquiring about what had happened and asking for them to straighten out the reservation and confirm back to me. I received a response from Nicole at ParkSleepFly that my reservation was intact. She confirmed my reservation once again. On Monday, May 16, 2022 I called the hotel directly as was told I had a reservation. I arrived at the hotel Friday. May 20, 2022 and was told by the front desk I had no reservation and that in fact they had been overbooked for weeks. With no other option I had to scramble. I was able to book my car into a park/fly company for $224 (8 days). And a room at the Comfort Inn for $267.51 -- an additional expense of $244.49 ( $491.51 - $247.02). All because ParkSleepFly.com did not deliver on my contracted reservation with them. I have emailed the link ParkSleepFly provided 6 times since Friday with not response. Curiously, when I emailed Nicole on May 14, 2022 the confirmation response was within a couple of hours. I want my $244.49 returned to me.

      I made a reservation (#*******) with ParkSleepFly.com, Inc. on 3/01/22 for 2 nights (4/19 & 4/27) accommodations at the ******** *** and paid PSF $414.16, which included 9 days of airport taking. I had a change of plans and extended my stay by 3 days (with their policy rules). I contacted ParkSleepFly on three occasions: April 26, 27 & 29. No response, No phone number to call. Upon late night flight return, I had to directly pay ******** *** an ADDITIONAL $182.42 for 1 night accommodation for the failed changed of date by ParkSleepFly. To date I've paid $596.58 (ParkSleepFly + ********). Room rates average $150 @ this hotel. I am expecting a credit of $182.42 to my bank card, and have contacted ******** to dispute and reverse the charges.
