  We parked at ******* *** ******** and flew to ****** Out flight home was cancelled. When we were able to get a flight home it was after our hotel reservation. I called and cancelled the rooms more than 24 hours before the reservation. The hotel is charging me $580 for the cancelled rooms. And refused to pick us up from the airport because we didn't have a room reservation. I spent $100 on a taxi to pick up our car. The hotel is saying that it was a package and I had to cancel 24 hours before I parked. You can't cancel the rooms after you have parked. And park sleep fly will not do anything. I will never use park sleep fly again. You can call the hotel and book with them.

  The best I can tell, this place is a scam. I booked through them and they are charging me full price and refusing to reschedule by 3 days due to a family member with covid. But worst of all they threaten to fine me if I don’t cancel with the hotel. When I call courtyard Marriott they don’t even recognize my reservation and cannot cancel and have never heard of this company. Avoid avoid avoid.

  Hi *****  We are sorry to hear a family member fell ill, we hope they recovered well. It looks like you reserved a non-refundable rate with the ********* ******** so that is why we are unable to make any changes to your reservation. In the future if you would like more flexibility with your travel plans you will want to book a refundable reservation. I am not sure what you are referring to when you mentioned a fine. We advise customer to contact the hotel directly when canceling. Most hotels charge a "no show" fee that is equivalent to the value of one nights stay if your reservation is not cancelled with them. I hope this information helps.

  Hotel did not have the reservation. Unable to contact anyone from the company. The hotel staff had to re-book the package resulting in an increase of $86. I had to spend 30 minutes with hotel staff at checkout trying to get it corrected. They deducted what portions they could, but still left an overcharge of $10+. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

  Had to cancel our trip due to Covid. Called Hotel to cancel reservations and was told they had no record under ParkSleepFly ID# or my name. I was told, I had to cancel through their website. I filled out and submitted the form 3 times, got conformation it was received and someone would contact me. Have heard nothing! They required money up front to make the reservation. The number listed on your website is for a company in *******

  Will never use a service like this again. Last year, the hotel I was booked at closed and no one told me. This year, I needed to cancel due to a change in flights and got caught in a catch 22. Park Sleep Fly wants a cancellation number from the hotel to cancel, hotel wants a cancellation number from park sleep fly. Canceled with Park Sleep Fly without hotel number asking for their cancellation number. Several days later, I got a reply saying I was canceled with Park Sleep Fly but they didn’t give me a cancellation number. Now I need to hope the hotel cooperates Finally, Park Sleep Fly does not provide a phone number you can call. Everything is by web message and email with a long lag time. Never again!

  This is a scam Made the reservation and when I got to the hotel could not find it. Showed them the information I received and said that isn't a number they use and they said alot of people have been scam by them. Beware if it is too good to be true it probably isnt.
