    I went in on December 3rd 2024 at quiet zone of ********* for a large evap leak on my 2011 ******* ****** ***… they proceed to tell me it’s a fuel pump housing that is cracked, then I get my car back my entire trunk is took apart , tools left in my car , and then I do my brakes and get under car and my entire evap system on car is unplugged and disconnected never put back together , and these hoses are connected to gas tank , I call quiet zone and then he proceeded to tell me that it’s just a hose and to calm down and that didn’t do damage to car and then says they are busy and that’s why it happened , I tried to get in contact with the owner to no avail… I posted a ****** review and get told that they offered me to come down and I keep calling WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE I WAS NEVER OFFERED TO COME IN TO RECTIFY SITUATION… and then proceed to tell they are only human …. Now I had to reconnect everything myself , drop the tools back to business and then not too mention my trunk is completely apart and all clips holding liner in are missing it is completely frustrating I was basically told lies on my ****** review and they basically are acting like not connecting hoses to my evap system isn’t a big deal!
