    This company repointed cracks/sealed mortar on chimney, resealed cement crown w/crown coat, installed new stainless steel chimney cap and top sealing damper. Work was done in 2010. I have a leak in fireplace but was told by Four Seasons they do not cover Stamford CT anymore. (Your website states FFLD County). Warranty coverage on technician’s service report seems to cover material and labor.
    The company is now telling me that their labor is warranted for 5 years and that the chimney was to be inspected by them yearly to maintain warranties. That information is not in writing, never given verbally and I’m told that they don’t cover this area anymore so what good is that? I realize that the work was in 2010 but I trusted this company to do the work and now when I reach out because of an issue, even at this time, they don’t want to follow up.
    My problem is more with their questionable warranties regarding labor and materials.
