      Laframboise is a fraud outfit that does bait and switch with projects especially with emergencies and fraudulently bills customers. I have owned a property at *************************************************************************** since January 2022. I have 5 1/2 months in a years season and have the water checked by Laframboise 5 times a year and 10 times for 2022 and 2023. I paid Laframboise for 12 months or I overpaid them. They are trying to bill me for months wherein I never owned property and Laframboise is lying about what is due, lying about how many times they came out which is only 7 times in 2 years, and Laframboise not only owes me money but they are outrageously lying and claiming that I owe them over $4,500.00 which is not even close to possible because I paid them over $3,600.00 and Laframboise only came out 7 times and hence only did $2,100.00 worth of work and owe me over $1,500.00 and now say I owe them over $4,500.00!! These are the typical scams and frauds done by Laframboise.

      This is the most ridiculous complaint I have encountered.

      We were the certified operator of this system for years prior to this owner with no issues.

      This person simply does not want to pay his bill for services we provided that are required by CT ********** of **************** mentions bait and switch on service, none of the outstanding charges are service it is simply operation charges as required by law.

      Our company has operation contracts with over 200 systems similar to this with zero complaints for the past 25 years we have been doing this.

      Our company has been serving CT, MA and RI from 1955 and have thousands of satisfied customers.

      Please simply ****** the complainant's name and you will see the type of person we are dealing with here.

      none of the amounts listed in his complaint are correct, he has not paid us $3,600.00 dollars it is $2,100.00 and he owes us $3,949.00
