    On January 6th 2024 we purchased a **** snowblower from Rockville Equipment for $2,125 (Inv # ******). Prior to purchasing said snowblower we spoke with multiple people at Rockville Equipment to confirm it was commercial grade and quality. We were assured it was.

    On January 7th it snowed 5" and we completed 11 accounts. The accounts took double the time and we had complaints from regular customers due to the quality of the snow removal. The details are outlined in the emails and briefly mentioned below.

    Early in the week of January 8th I returned to Rockville Equipment asking to return the snowblower because it was not the quality we had been led to believe it was. They directed me to weld a piece of metal to the machine to weigh it down and stated "it's a known issue with this machine."They would not accept the machine for return.

    A small storm occurred on January 16th and we did not bother even trying to use the new snow blower because it worked so poorly. We chose to use an old snow thrower (also Toro) that was far more effective.

    On February 13th we had a third storm that ended later in the day so removal spanned two days. Not only was the snow blower as ineffective as previously but it also completely failed to start on the morning of Feb 14th when we went to finish the remaining driveways (total of about 14 accounts). We were directed to bring the snow blower in for repair and we once again asked to return it since it was not the quality we had been led to believe. They refused to accept a return and repaired what they referred to as a "defective Kevlar belt."

    After being refused a return by Rockville Equipment (while they acknowledged the equipment to be known to be underperforming but having said the exact opposite to gain the sale) we outreached to **** directly.

    The emails are attached for your review. **** has not responded to the final email sent on March 4th and they have not provided assistance.
