    Customer Sales and Service ARE a 10+ at Gengras Subaru!!
    Purchased a very inexpensive used vehicle from them at Gengras Subaru Torrington. I honestly thought they wouldn't care at all when I had to call them back and tell them that the check engine light came on as I drove away and was already home. Sales transferred me over to the service department that scheduled an immediate service appointment a couple of days away. I had returned and they had found that it did need a new catalytic converter. Not only did they apologize and tell me that they would be repairing the vehicle at no additional charge but they also gave me a loaner vehicle. Not just a loaner vehicle but a pretty much brand new Subaru ****** to use while waiting for the parts to come in and the repair mine. If you have any doubt that this is the place to go for any repair or any purchase of any vehicle then I wouldn't know where else to send you. Thank you again Gengras Subaru Torrington Staff.
