    Coming home to a frozen house from vacation. I went through a contractor close to my house. He is in business 29 years. He recommended C & G Heating and Air Conditioning, *********** *** My house was frozen. He came gave me a quote. I accepted and John said: they would be here Thursday and Friday as needed. They finished Thursday, paid to that point. Heres the catch. We contacted a contractor we know and inquired. C & G Heating and air conditioning ended up being extremely expensive and they did not come back Friday. **** ******* new ******** recommended C & G.

    Although we appreciate any opportunity to resolve a clients problems, some issues can not be solved immediately. We spoke with the client and set up an appointment to look at her issue. We gave her a price to repair all visible leaks on the first floor of the home. We explained to her that in a home freeze-up situation there may be several additional repairs above ceilings or within walls that need to be accessed to repair. We stated that those repairs would be quoted before they were repaired. The work was scheduled for a Friday and the client was told that if all leaks were not repaired we would return Monday to continue. The client asked if there was any way we could start earlier. We were able to start a day earlier in an attempt to get heat into some portion of the home. Unfortunately, even after completing approximately 15 repairs and pressure testing each zone, the heating system would not pass a pressure test. We informed her that we were able to return on Monday to continue the work, however we would could not put off our scheduled Friday work. In every interaction we do our best to accomodate a client as best we can especially during often stressful events. We always try to provide them with realistic expectations as to the workflow of a job. We hope that this client's issue was resolved and wish her the best.

    Mike from C & G is one of the best contractors we have ever had here at our home! He is very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable in his field of work! He answered any questions I had and gave me information on any issues I might have in future! I wish there were more people like Mike in the world that were honest and helpful!
