    In late June, I ordered a metal cable rail system for my new deck. When the railing came in on 7/2/24 it was the wrong railing. I contacted Iffland and they agreed to replace the railing with the correct railing. The posts were still able to be used as they were interchangeable with both railings.
    The correct railing was delivered on July 11 at which time they retrieved the wrong railing.
    Iffland indicated that the credit could not be issued until the wrong railing was picked up by the manufacturer at their facility, however, it’s been almost a month now and I’m still waiting for over $6000 refund. This Is totally unreasonable and I’ve told Iffland I would be filing a complaint with your offices.

    We have been in contact with the ***** *****.  She has received a credit for the returned material which was received incorrectly.  This credit was issued on August 16.  This was when we received the credit from our supplier.  *** ***** was in contact with our sales manager and according to their emails, she was satisfied.  Since then, she has ordered more material from us.

    I have received the refund I was owed, however contrary to what Iffland Lumber indicates I have NOT ordered any other products from them.
