      Hello my name is ******* *****. I purchased a set of four ****** tires from Toce Brothers ******** in ********** ***********. Two plus years ago during Covid-19. I don't have the exact date because I'm at the store right now. I brought the car at 56,000 miles. I was told then there was nothing wrong with my tires I probably had them rotated by someone else that I just didn't realize. So they didn't rotate my tires at 56,000 Today I brought it in it's 62,150 and they told me my tires are worn out that they cannot rotate my tires. These are 70,000 mile ****** tires that have never been rotated. Today I am told that I need to purchase a new set of new tires because mine are now worn out. I honestly have no idea what they're looking or talking about. There's nothing wrong with these 70,000 mile tires. Toce have refused to rotate them twice. My contract states they will rotate them every 6 thousands miles. My estimations are that I should have 58000 mile to go. I hope that you can help.

      DID COME IN FOR A ROTATION & THE BETTER TIRES WERE ON THE REAR @

      THAT TIME. WHEN HE CAME IN THE SECOND TIME THE TIRES WERE WORN

      TO THE POINT OF REPLACEMENT. THE TIRES HE HAS ON THERE ARE A SNOW

      TIRE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A MILEAGE WARRANTY. WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO

      HELP HIM WITH NEW TIRES & I WILL WORK WITH HIM WITH THE PRICE.

      OUR POLICY IS TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS SAFE & HAPPY WHEN THEY LEAVE

      HERE. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR ALMOST 100 YEARS & WOULD NEVER

      WANT TO PUT SOMEONE’S LIFE @ RISK.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have a written and a print out of the guarantee with the the Toce name on it. Again these are 70 thousand mile tires thar you claim are worn out after 12 thousand. What Toce is doing is conversion  its that simple. By the way another garage rotated the tires without problem and they have been in buisness for over 100 years. Y
