My name is ****** ******. I own a condo next to this company. And I've lived here at ****** ***. Since. 2004. I just wanted to say that I have called the police on this company 7 time's in the last 5 years because they severely overload their dumpsters. And the garbage blows everywhere cross the road and over here to the condo facility. Find myself constantly picking up the garbage. And after filing seven complaints what's the ********** Police Department over the last 5 years. Still still nothing has been done about it. And I'm still constantly picking up garbage from this company next door where I live their garbage that blows everywhere into this parking lot. We do a lot of work here planting rose bushes and mulching and mowing and we do our best keep this property clean. And not an eyesore. But thanks to city produce next door here. That mission is much harder this year. I confronted the owner of this company politely last month. And his response to me was extremely rude while yelling at me and telling me to *** * **** and to go **** myself. Now with that being said the man that said this to me is the owner of the company his name is John F****** and he is ** ***** ***. And wealthy. And feels that he doesn't have to answer to anyone. So then I responded by calling the police on him. And they did tell him to clean up the garbage. That speech lasted for about 3 weeks. my. Second complaint about city produce is that I worked for their company off the books in 2012 as a truck driver. They were very abusive employers probably the worst I've ever seen. And they decided not to pay me in the last two weeks of my work there. Unfortunately for myself I couldn't get the Department of Labor to back me up on. It. Considering it was off the books. My third complaint about this company is the amount of snow that they plow into the condo facility lot here from their property. And there are signs out front here on the property that list. Private property.
