      Innovative CPA, Paul P*******, filed tax returns that I did not sign off on. They had incorrect account information on such filed returns which resulted in the sweep of my account for amounts due failing. This was noted by me and brought to the firm’s attention upon which, after some research, they informed me the version of the return they sent me for sign off was down level and recognized the error in the bank info. To present day, neither the tax accountant I hired, nor the partner I have engaged to resolve the matter have engaged with me to do so despite multiple attempts on my part to do so. I have had the returns redone and believe the ones filed by Innovative are incorrect. Response to my inquiries on the potential errors have gone unanswered as has reimbursement of the penalties which Paul P******* promised to make

      I am rejecting this response because my complaint has not been resolved. No one had contacted me until this afternoon, likely as a result of BBB’s letter to the company. I received no response to the errors on the return, no refund  as promised for the penalties I had to pay. I am seeking a full refund of amounts paid plus penalties for Innovative CPA’s improper work.  I have no trust in this firm and have no desire to continue correspondence with the individual who contacted me today who is not Paul P******* nor the firm partner I contacted during the issues to try to get help.
