    We signed a contract with Mr. Diego C********* of Nicole's Home Improvement to do a complete renovation of our kitchen. We paid him in advance. The project stretched out for 3 months with no one arriving to work for days on end. It only resumed when I threatened to take legal action. Mr. C********* failed to provide two custom made cabinets worth thousands of dollars which were contracted and paid for. In addition the workmanship he did provide is of such poor quality that it will require being re-done by a qualified contractor. So much of the construction is jury-rigged with 2 by 4's holding up the sink. Cabinet doors installed with balsa wood shims. Many cabinets bang against the refrigerator when opened. Overall the construction is cheap and flimsy and does not represent the amount of money we paid to him. Mr. C********* constantly told us all the work was "guaranteed" which is not true as he will not answer our telephone calls. His action can be called fraud, fraud of advance fee payment and elder abuse.

    Correct we did a kitchen renovation for Mr. **** ***** 

    Kitchen is done ?

    Mr. **** saying kitchen renovation take three months unfortunately when you build custom cabinets, everything takes time even the final paint products ,during the time of construction they change multiple times kitchen cabinets sizes and doors, even when kitchen cabinets order was completely done we came back and start from scratch to make clients happy after that more change in doors another set of doors build from scratch again to make them feel good After cabinets on place and countertops on place we came back to finish up backsplash which I pay for that,sink I pay for that as well,new floor was not in the quote and I remplace it to make sure everything was done properly and keep clients happy! 

    Cabinets quality was in base of he’s selection! 

    Never a call from them 100% sure 

    they text me to ask for more things to do even when they open a claim under may name all they ask was done 

    I feel bad about the situation but they need to understand how custom kitchen cabinets work in base on time 

    More then happy to help out if need to in my guarantee 
    I have no problem with them at all
