      I spoke to **** ** ** ***** ****** I wanted information about my current plan. John convinced me that he had a better plan for me. He said that he would cancel the new plan if I was able to go back to my original plan. A couple of days later, I called John S. and told him that I was being approved to go back on my original plan and I wanted to cancel the plan that he had signed me up for. He wouldn't. I called back two more times over a few days only to have it go to voicemail. He never returned my calls. I received a letter today about my new plan, starting February 1st. We called and spoke to another representative who cancelled the unwanted plan for me.

      I called ***** ***** and spoke to Nathan ext 901.Seems like a great guy. Signed me up with ***** for my Medicare policy. Before i agreed i asked a few times to make sure ***** took my primary DR.
      Well i went to my DR. yesterday and was told that they didn't take *****. I called When i got home and guess what...i was told he was on the phone and would call me back. Three hours later i asked for a supervisor. I was told he was on the phone, and he would call me back ASAP.
      I spoke to ***** ,turns out he signed me up and then got ahold of ***** by email to ask them if my DR. was in network.They told him no.But did i receive a call??Nope
      At first i just wanted Clear Match to find me a different company. I am still waiting for a call back!
      Stay away..these are used car salesman selling ******** policies to senior citizens. Shame on them!!!!!

      Clear Match called me.I missed the call by 3 minutes>I called right back to speak to the supervisor. AGAIN i was sent to voicemail and did not receive a call back.
      I called another company who i signed up with.
      BUT THE POLICY CAN NOT START TILL 2/1
      So i have to pay my DR. out of my pocket for this months visit.
      So you can say i am NOT happy!!!!!

      Spent a long time searching to find me the right plan, explained all things in detail, answered all questions and was patient with my ignorance.

      The worst experience in my life. I normally don't write a review, but I'm so upset about them, that's why I wrote here.
      All they care is to get an insurance application. Once they submit to the insurance company, they provide ZERO support. They stupidly mis-input my zip code (even they repeat after I told) so that I couldn't submit my ID. More over, they misspell my last name (yes, I have an Asian last name). So, I called them up...and... THEY DON'T CARE ME ANYMORE - it's because they've already incentive money from insurance company (even they gave wrong information). I was keep complaining their fault, they simply HUNG UP the phone. AGAIN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ON EARTH.

We always support our customers even after they purchase a plan and for the time that you have that plan. We care about our customers and this is not a normal experience. If you can give me more information then I can research what happened with us.

      The guy Micheal that helped me was awesome.he helped me find the cheapest and was fun talking to.
