    ***** ****** ******* is a company that sells on ****** using Amazon's Fulfilled By ****** service, meaning ***** ****** ******* ships their inventory to ****** and then ****** ships it for them when orders are placed. I ordered a "*** **** ******* ***** **** Authentic Die-Cast Replica ******* Collectible" from them on May 19, 2023 and was initially told it would be delivered within two weeks. Every time the delivery date comes, I get an ****** pushing the date back another two weeks. I've contacted ****** directly regarding this and ****** claims it's because ***** ****** ******* does not have the stock available to fulfill the order, 35 stock units short to fulfill existing orders, to be exact. I've contacted ***** ****** ******* several times to inquire whether they intend to replenish the stock so the order can be fulfilled and I've received several different answers. Shelly is the only person that answers my messages and she refuses to help find someone that can answer the question. She initially told me, "We are not able to further assist you on our end, as your order is fulfilled by ****** and is scheduled to ship out in 2 weeks. We do have adequate inventory at ****** to fulfill your order, as we only accept orders up to the amount of product we have available." ****** later confirmed that to be false. I continue to ask whether River Colony intends to replenish their stock but Shelly continues to tell me to either cancel the order or contact Amazon. As ****** is not responsible for getting the stock to the warehouse, I would like ***** ****** ******* to explain what the issue is with getting stock available and why Shelley refuses to help me.
