I went in for a “sale”. A basic facial for $60. The place was hard to find and small but I went ahead and had the facial. The girl was very nice and did a great job. The man up front was pushing a pack of facials for 12 months at $150 each. I declined. Then he stated he could do 6 and give me some free gifts. Stating that I could do the service at 4-6 week increments and that I would pay each time when I came back in for the service. First he asked for my social and wanted to run my credit. That should have been the first clue that something was not right. What he said was not lining up with what he was asking from me. I declined to give my info. So he asked me to just pay with my card and he could still do the package. He was very pushy. I agreed to pay $150 instead of the $60 for the service I just had and said I would like to try the 6 months at my discretion. I made the next appointment for 4 weeks later. 3 days before my appointment I had a pending charge on my card for the next service $150. After speaking with them I was told I get charged exactly every 4 weeks whether I come in for the service or not. I told them I wanted to cancel the service and I wanted my money back. This seemed like a gimmick or scam at this point because they were charging my card without my consent for a service I had not received yet, my appoint was days away. I was told I would get my money back when I return the free gifts. Worst experience I have ever had with a med spa. Do not waste your time or money at this place. Go somewhere else. Do not get scammed or taken advantage of.

I went into Dolce Vida with a ******* for 20 units of BOTOX. AFTER the procedure was done I found out they injected me with Xeomin which I did NOT want! I told the receptionist that I would be back expecting BOTOX on my next visit with the ******* price and to make a note of it. She said ok. I did go back, I did get BOTOX and KATY CALLAHAN approved the ******* price, I was very appreciative and made an appointment for another product.
Then KATY called me back, very angry, telling me I shouldn't have gotten the ******* price and she was canceling my procedure.
They have horrible customer service skills. They pulled a bait and switch. Be aware of what's being injected with this company.
