    I really wish it were possible to give zero starts. We purchased our camper in October 2021 and should have known it was going to be a train wreck. It was a rainy day when we were shown our new unit for the first time and it took forever for the salesman to get the keys to work. Ok, things happen, lets see where we go from here. The showing goes just fine and we work a deal.
    As part of the deal, we ask them to add a second AC, since the unit is prepped for one, and it was already known there was an issue with the door locks. Come delivery day, there is no second AC (ok, COVID delay, we have until next season to worry about it), the locks are still not functioning, and now the TV remote is missing. Everyone agrees that they owe us these items and we take the unit home.
    A few weeks go by and I call to ask about keys and locks. We have had the unit home and couldn't secure our very expensive purchase. To which they give us a handful of master keys to get by. We can now secure most of the unit... kind of (master keys, if I have them, most bad guys do too!).
    Now we get into camping season. I replaced all of the locks, at my expense, as the dealer has not communicated, nor cared about fixing any issue. There has been no word on my second AC, and I replaced the MISSING TV remote, again at my expense. We get through the camping season, and my family had a great time, no thanks to Campers Inn.
    I contacted Campers Inn and suddenly they have the second AC. There was never an attempt to contact me or my wife earlier. We set up an appointment and I dropped the unit off in early to mid September. After waiting a year, it took them three weeks to complete the install of the second AC.
    It is now June of 2023. They are the sellers that have not provided outstanding items to me. We have been more than patient and have not been shown any respect, after the purchase. Take your business elsewhere.

    Very dishonest business..
    They sold us trailer that leaked. they said they fixed the leaks but it still leaks , they have an accident on their lot causing 12,000 in damage. Refused to replace trailer, Wiped out side of our trailer.. then they left it in their lot uncovered with a blown out window. They say they did eco coating $1500.00 , then say no record of it being done, then say oh it was done just not properly. they don't stand behind their work, poor communication, once they sell you a trailer they wash their hands of it.

    this camper was sold as used we went true ,make sure there it was road wordy ,customer took the camper noticed there was a leak in the bathroom sky light /fan they brought it back it was in our lot for a few months due to Parts shortage, it got body damaged by our lot porter we had to send it out to a body shop
    needed more parts and decals where back order ,in mean time they wanted to go camping ,Customer asked for a loaner we gave them 2 to 3 choices to pick from and got it all organized to be picked up also offer to trade there camper in ..customer didn't like the new prices ,so we promised to fix all necessary repairs, now the camper is done we repaired the leaks by water testing to make sure it wasn't leaking
    customer asked to tilted forward to make sure it isn't leaking we have done that , at same time i gave them my personal cell phone number and have got back to them evetime they had an issue i apologies
    for all the inconvenience we have no intention to make it harder ..camper is ready we have called the customer based on our service department they all picking up on Saturday we wish them all the best and happy camping ..thank you
