    I purchased an exhaust system from Infinity Motorsport America on their website ****************** on 14-02-2024 and payed directly with my creditcard which was charged 1383$ USD which was for the exhaust and shipping to my location. I have not recieved what I payed for and I have on several occasions tried to contact them but their only answer has been that they have not been able to complete it, meanwhile I have seen on their ********** profile that during the same time I have waited they have delivered same part to other people around the world, but they have dodged doing my order. Having to wait close to 5 months is completely unacceptable and I would like help from you people to resolve the matter. I even tried contacting them to get my money refunded and they have also not answered me there, so I desperately need help resolving the matter.

    I hired a local race shop, IMR America, to perform some upgrades ro my car. I paid them 7k for parts on Nov 7, dropped my car off Dec 29th, and paid remaining 3k for labor on Jan 19th. Agreement was the upgrades would take aprox 2 months. It is now April 13, going beyond a reasonable time to complete and the shop owner has not started, and not all parts have been ordered, and they still have my car (an addl 50k vehicle). The car is my daily driver. So i am also incurring an addl 700 monthly in rental car fees. The shop owner is becoming unresponsive and i need to seek remedy. At this point our service agreement has been breached, the provider was paid in full
