    March 4, 2023 brake job completed on 2014 ***** *******. After leaving clanging sound could be heard underneath the car. Returned to site on March 28 for another service asked for the sound to be checked, after leaving there the sound continued. April 6, 2023 another automotive shop looked at the car and found the reason for the sound under the car was due to an error from the brake job, the caliper bolt was not properly secured. They also found the retainer screws were missing. They proceeded to take pictures so that I could show the shop that did the brake work and request a refund.
