    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I find it really hard for my warranty to be voided. When I was told to have the warranty people change out these parts. How am I to know what parts are to be changed or for the warranty to be called about if I don’t know what the problem is. No mechanics worked on my car. No mechanics did anything as far as diagnose what was going on with my vehicle that doesn’t require them to take things apart. That requires for someone to look at your vehicle. So that can’t void a warranty and to be honest from the videos that I have here you can see why I would feel more comfortable going somewhere else because that $200 you spent on a driveshaft that was supposed to be new and ready to go is from a junkyard that has the same problem as your driveshaft so I find it hard to believe that it was even changed out. The rotors that were change on my car was because the owner told me his mechanic warped the first set now he may deny it. And yes, I do appreciate the new brake shoes but I feel like that should’ve been a necessity before I went to go get an inspection and each vehicle needs brake pads whoa emergency, brake shoes. Now I have all that void the warranty because of something that should’ve been done before selling someone a vehicle is beyond me. yes I was very happy when I thought that the problems were fixed but they were never fixed.

    Sincerely,

*********** ******work. Finally, the new owner tried to help me out by getting New parts. But since they have put on the new parts on my vehicle, my car has been driving worse. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back and forth to *********** on multiple occasions, their mechanic that they have is not certified. I’ve tried to be very patient But is going on three months and my vehicle is still not where you should be able to drive it comfortably. I called the owner back and said that there’s still problems with my car. He said he would give me $100 credit towards a Shop out this way because he can’t have me driving back-and-forth to *********** , I’m almost certain that whatever work needs to be done on this car is gonna cost more than $100. He told me to call the warranty company and they should be able to take care of it which they will not because this is a pre-existing situation as they also know I told him I wanted my money back for my car and he said that’s not gonna happen. I have video, but cant add.

Miss ****** is correct that the registration process took longer than normal do to paperwork that was refused by **** *** .. because we are a Conn. dealer the filing was not expectable for ***** ******** . To make a long story short we did register her car and gave her dealer plate so she would have a vehicle to get to work and back something we don't do usually. she said she brought the vehicle to a third party which by the way voids any warranty she has but we did honor her complaint that the drive shaft was the issue .. we did fix the drive shaft and found that she had replaced brake components on her own . again voiding the warranty  .so she has no warranty we offered her to use her own shop and we would pay the deductible as a courtesy . work performed by our shop is as follows at no cost to Miss ******.. parts drive shaft $200 ebrake cables and shoes $175 and $25 rear rotors $125 labor to install these items $990 . We did everything and then some for her .It is very surprising that she would have any complaints at all about our facility the last we spoke she was very happy and content.
