    I am very disappointed how I was treated at this store. Very unprofessional rude managers and rude owner. I was denied a cold chicken Cutlet Sub in there deli. I used my EBT Card for the payment and they would not let me purchase the sub . I ordered my chicken Cutlet Cold everywhere I go because I no the law with EBT your not allowed Hot Subs and this sub was served Cold . There should of been no issue here for me to purchase this item. They allowed me to purchase the same sub two weeks ago. The manager said as long if it’s cold and feels cold it can be purchased and that was the same thing that happened today I ordered cold. I will never ever come back. That’s against the law for this store to do is reject my Ebt for a cold Sub. They should not be allowed to accept EBT if this is how they treat Ebt Customers. They should be ashame of themselves. Very disappointed and I will spread the word to let people no how I was treated at this location today. I am so going to be contacting the state EBT phone number and file this complaint. Just a heads up people if you use EBT and decide to go here don’t do it they will reject your subs. That’s bad Business.
