      We ordered a fruit basket for a member of our team whose father passed.

      The company never notified the buyer so we found out 3 days later when we asked "did you like the basket?"
      The person from the business stated we only give store credits when they clearly advertise hassle free returns.
      We simply want a refund for something paid for that was never supplied.

      On Dec. 15, 2023, I placed an order at **************************. While checking out, selected "***** pay" (tied to ****) to pay for the order. I did and after completing that step, normally it will take you to a "thanks for your order" page with your order number. And an "order submitted" email is sent to your email address. I was logged into my Edible account and my email address is stored there. Instead of taking me to "thanks for your order" page, it took me back to the home page with no order details, just the regular home page for ediblearrangements.com. I checked my email, no order submitted email either. I waited a few minutes and then entered the same order again. Same recipient, same item ordered, same card message. Instead of ***** pay, I hand typed my credit card (a Visa) into the credit card field. It went through and took me to the "thanks for your order" page and I received the "order submitted" email. On Dec 16, 2023, my sister said she received two orders. I called the ****** store on Dec 17, 2023 and nobody answered the phone. I called the corporate headquarters number on Dec 19, 2023 and the line immediately disconnects. I called the corporate headquarters on Dec 27 2023 and spoke with someone who said they only deal with franchises and sent me to someone who was logging the case and the phone disconnected while logging the case. Was away for New Years, tried again calling corporate headquarters Jan 24, 2024, immediate disconnection. Today I tried another number for corporate headquarters and reached someone who connected me to ****** ** store. They said two orders were received and they couldn't provide a refund for the duplicate order. I spoke with a supervisor and she was rude and said it was a website problem and not a store problem. I asked to speak with the franchise owner and requested a number and/or email for that person, she refused and said he owns many stores and is in between all stores and was unavailable.
