    I got hearing aids from this business and they dont work and I would like a refund but the business wont let me return the hearing aids. On March 25th I had my first appointment with this business and on April 12th I got my hearing aids. They worked for like a week and then stopped working so I brought them back on April 19th and the business owner said she would get them fixed. Then a month later on May 19th I picked up my hearing aids again and after two and a half weeks they stopped working again. I tried to call this business many times and left messages but none of my calls were returned so on June 7th I went into the office of this business to return my hearing aids and get a refund and the business would not let me return them and get a refund. The hearing aids still dont work and I would like a full refund. I have already paid this business $1,015.20 and they sent me a bill for 6,235.00 for hearing aids that I cant use and dont work. i would like all my money back, and would like to return the hearing aids.
