    Mail misuse Alan Barbarino Management Company. This is the 2nd occurrence with mail problems from Barbarino. The 1st happened after we dismissed them 12-31-2021. A few owners who questioned what happened to their HOA payment they sent to Barbarino for 12-2021. It was not until several months later that Alan Barbarino left mail under my door mat that included the missing payments. On 04-17-2024 Alan Barbarino dropped off mail again under my mat. There were 3 letters from ***** ***** bank. They were dated 08-18-2023, 10-03-2023 and 11-01-2023. The letters were addressed to ** ******** ********** *** ***** *** ********* ***** *********** ****** **** ** *** **** *********** ** *****. The first two were opened but not the third. In the 1st letter there was a check from Wells Fargo for a refund for banking services. The check was copied and removed from the statement and put back in the envelope with a copy of it. The 2nd letter was a reminder to cash the check dated 08-18-2023 and the 3rd unopened. Alan Barbarino was our management company from 09-28-2011 to 12-31-2021, not ** ******** ********** that the letter was addressed to. The PO Box is the address of Alan Barbarino. Why did The Barbarino company open two letters that were addressed to ** ********** not Alan Barbarino with the date stamp of 2023 when they were no longer our management company as of the end of 2021? It seems the mail was held by his company until the date passed to cash the check even with a reminder letter. The Barbarino company has no common courtesy. I went with Alan Barbarino on 11-01-2011 to open new bank accounts with his company after the retirement of ** ***** ******). What I now see is that Alan Barbarino had Board Member ****** **** removed from the account and added his name as an authorized user. We went to the bank to open new accounts for ********* ****** but that is not what happened. I believe that Alan Barbarino was unethical to use another company's name on the bank account.

    Alan Barberino acts like a child and whines about having to do his job. Had to ask him twice to talk to the landscapers about mowing too early in the day. He made excuses as to why he couldn't pull footage of a camera (if you have the date, time and exact location, why do you need me there) After giving him a 1 star review on Google he began harassing me at board meetings and is continuing to do so. Completely unprofessional.
