  Mr. Angel U*******, owner of Prime Roofing, is exceptional! From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He provided a detailed estimate, used high-quality materials, and was always quick to communicate. On the day of the job, he and his team arrived on time, were friendly, and worked diligently, completing the entire job in just one day. They were respectful of my property, thoroughly cleaning up with a leaf blower and using a magnetic roller to ensure no nails were left behind.
  I’m thrilled with my new roof and 100% confident that it was done right. Mr. Urdiales stands behind his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction.   Prime Roofing did a beautiful job installing my new roof! Angel Urdiales thoroughly explained the entire process from beginning to end along with the various components and options available. His company completed the work at a reasonable price in a timely manner, to the proper specifications. All of the workers were professional, respectful and careful regarding the surrounding areas of the home. There was not one piece of material out of place ever and they left the area around the home immaculate. The roof looks great! I highly recommend them.

  I contacted Prime roofing for an estimate due to a tornado / storm damage. Angel arrived promptly and was very attentive to the problem with the roof. He took his time to explain the process, climbed to roof and took meticulous pictures of the roof. I learned that my previous roofer, 9 years ago, did not install the new roof as per our contract. Angel went over options in great detail and provided education that the average consumer does not know regarding insurance, repairs, codes, etc. I highly recommend angel. He was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. This is a quality company.

  We needed a new roof and received a wide range of quotes. We went with Prime roofing for 3 reasons:
  1. They were the only company to actually physically go up on the roof and measure, take pictures, and poke around for potential challenging spots. Other companies used drones or satellites to measure square footage.
  2. Very honest and respectful of customers time. If they were running late, they would call and let me know way ahead of time.
  3. They came back with a very fair quote!
  We are very happy with how the work came out. I would definitely hire them again.
