    Not very professional in customer service, used them in pass on two big jobs to remove trees and grind stumps and was happy, we contacted them this spring to do a small job they came and said a quote will be in mail and texted to us and that it would be about two weeks out, been 3 weeks now and have not heard from them, if job was not worth his time should of been told up front , i guess he just want big money jobs, no longer need his service and will not use him again for lack of customer service proffesionalism.

    We have been using Wallingford Tree Service for decades now. They have provided everything from tree climbers to raise the canopies of our trees, to removal of storm-downed trees, to nurturing and caring for an ancient family tree in our front yard. Their knowledge and expertise is by far the best. They received national certifications and awards that others haven't. John and Chris run an efficient, yet caring business. We know without a doubt our trees are in the best hands. In the past few years with all the crazy storms we appreciated their honesty about when they could get out to our property. Our damage was not dangerous or life-threatening and they needed to take care of those folks first. Absolutely right. With the knowledge, experience, and professionalism of John and his staff - we wouldn't go anywhere else.
