    this place is out for the quick buck got me into a deal they should have known i couldnt pay back with my income they fast talked me into this car it was all smoke and mirrors i put down 3000 and made a payment but they still took my car back i wouldnt recomend anyone to go here

    Thus place is a rip off they tell you they will address things of concern to get you to leave your deposit and then have you sign off and then lie about telling you what they promise to fix so you loose your deposit they are scammers.

    This is the worse experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I went to look at a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country on a Tuesday, the sales associate I dealt with name is Sam and he should be fired. I informed him that the van was for my grandsons football travels and my ex husband would need to look at the vehicle we made an appoint for Thursday Gabe not sure what his title is suggested I leave a deposit to guarantee that the vehicle would not be sold I left the 500 deposit to show good faith that we where serious about the purchase and Sam sent my ex husband a text the next day telling him he sold the vehicle. My grandson was extremely disappointed I would never recommend this place to anyone and the sales associate should not be in the business of selling cars if this is what they do then they are going to find themselves in legal trouble.

    I disagree, what you offered was a sienna and a honda and you did not say that those vehicles would be at the same price. and there is no mention in the text of 1,000 and what price was it coming off of the vehicle we put the deposit on was $7,995 2014 There was no refusal and the text that was sent from Sam was as if we didn’t put any money down Sam text was nonchalant with no care or regard you are in a customer service industry and taking peoples money and just having that type of attitude is very careless it serves me no purpose to report this its
    unprofessional and I assure you if you said there was a misunderstanding and we can give you something comparable for the same price this would have been a non issue but instead you have taken no responsibility so it does not appear that you have any intentions of writing this wrong.
