    I have hired this company to clean my pool while I was out of country. Contract was for them to come and clean once a week july4- sept 4th,22 No repairs of my pool permission was given. I had guests staying in my house that notified me that pool company never came to clean and that pool is Dirty. We checked our cameras on august 28th and last time they came was august 12th. Almost 2 weeks
    I have contacted the pool and canceled all services due to them being irresponsible and unreliable.
    I also paid upfront when I signed contract for fall closing of my pool. I kindly asked to cancel that service because they broke our agreement by not showing up and maintaining my pool. I asked apply the amount I paid for closing to outstanding balance that I owe for cleaning. I got invoice with that amount deducted. However there were overcharges. 1) they delivered chemicals that they used to clean pool with 25 lbs bucket of chlorine tablets and charged me a price of 50lbs bucket.
    2) they charged me for additional cleaning of the pool twice in one week ( my house camera indicated person showed up for 14 min meanwhile it takes about 40 minutes to clean our pool). We Signed once a week cleaning agreement- also their person showed up for 14 min couple days after they already cleaned the pool and charge me again.
    I have contacted in beginning of September to please revise my invoice hoping it was a mistake. Couple weeks later my husband called to follow up on that. He was told that owner is going through my e-mails and will get back to us shortly.
    November 6th two months later I get the same invoice with no revision made and adding 30 days late fee charges.
    He took 2 months to get back at us - he never e-mailed, called or followed up. And sends another invoice - not to revise overcharges - to add late payment fees
    I e-mailed again - no reply so far. They clearly didn’t overcharge me by mistake- it was done on purpose. Please review attached files
