    I bought 5 appliances from this company as I manage apartments, the first fridge stopped working after 4 months, a second fridge never worked, a third fridge was missing parts, 1 range was supposed to be installed and wasnt and the last appliance I ordered included delivery, install and haul away the fridge was left in the middle of the room and old fridge was not removed

    I reached out for repair and 3 weeks later still have not received a reply, repair or refund

    These people are messed up. 6 months later and I have two broken
    Fridges. They said they were going to come out and I have two fridges sitting at my business that don’t work.

    11/202022 I had a 3 mos warranty on washer and dryer. Washing machine stopped working at Christmas time. When they did finally come back after many times of sitting and waiting/no shows. they came repair but did not have any parts or tools. They said they would be back in 3 days. They never showed up again.

    In June 2022, I contacted Jose about buying a washer and dryer. I purchased a whirl, pool dryer and LG washer. The washer barely allows water to enter and the DRYER IS EVEN WORSE. The same day I received it in the dryer would shut off within a few minutes and send an F 70 signal code to the display board. I contacted and spoke to Jose and his wife over and over and over and was promised that they would show up and make right on the warranty by either fixing the appliances or replacing them. Not once did they ever show up I have called and text numerous times, and now they don’t even answer. This has caused me alot of money n time having to go about other means to keep my clothes n blankets clean. They have completely wasted my time And money taking days off waiting for them to show to no avail. Im extremely disappointed
