    Horrible experience. This company did an oil change for me on 6/6/24 then my car broke down on 6/9/24 while on the ******* **** near exit ** after I started hearing a noise and the car began shaking and loss power around 3:00am.I had it towed later that day around 3-3:30pm by ******* ****** who is located at *** ****** *** ** *** ***** ** which cost me $350.00 to tow from 7* *** **** ** ** ********* **. To *** ***** and I had to take a **** which cost me $ 68.00. I was informed by the tow driver that whoever did the last oil change didn’t put the oil cap back on tightly/correctly which caused the oil run out because there was oil everywhere. I drive daily back and forth to ** so I did not notice oil leaking. Once the car reached the shop in *** ***** at 872 Dixwell ave another mechanic from that shop stayed the same thing and didn’t feel comfortable touching the car because of the amount of oil. This is when I contacted the mechanic shop and spoke to Jerry the owner who requested for me to have the car towed back to him because he didn’t trust anyone else looking at it and he wanted to do it himself. I had the car towed to him from *** ***** on 6/14/24 by triple A and paid $125 for the tow. On Monday 6/17/24 I followed up with Jerry the owner and he stated he was told he can’t move the car to test it in any way until I purchase some type of pulley to move it from where it was in his parking lot to the garage. He then stated he was under staffed so he didn’t have enough people to move the car so I would have to but the tool. I informed him that I didn’t have anymore money to spare after paying two tolls and a rental. He suggested for me to go to the ******** **** dealer to get the tool because **** **** doesn’t sell it. Any suggestions I came up with he turned down and ended up calling the police. I was informed to stay off premises and to have my car towed because Jerry is refusing to look at it and a creating a disturbance report was filed against me.

    I tried Helping this Customer a soon as I got threaten by the customer and had to call police ,after I got threaten I refused to help them, so I'm not dealing with a person that actually threaten...
