    The item I purchased was missing hardware to assemble the product. I reached out to customer service trying to get the necessary parts. They shipped it so they say. Not overnighted like requested. I’m seeking a partial refund for equipment I cannot use.

    In response to the complaint filed by *** *******: 

    He contacted us on 4/8/25 and told us the item that he purchased from Amazon was missing hardware. The same day we shipped the missing parts and additional parts to make sure that he was able to complete the assembly of his purchased item. On 4/8 the customer was sent the tracking number for the shipment. He was then angry because we did not overnight the parts. Our manager, Brian G******* also contacted *** ******* and we thought that we issue had been resolved.

    The email that customers are sent to file a claim clearly states that resolution can take 3 to 5 business days. Had *** ******* requested overnight delivery we would have shipped overnight. He did not mention overnight shipping until he received the tracking information which showed 3 days for delivery. We also, as stated above, sent additional parts to ensure he could complete assembly. We cherish our customers and do what ever we can to make sure they are satisfied with there purchase.

    2022 **** ******** ** *******. I WAS LOOKING AT THE SUNRIDER TOPS AND CAME ACROSS THE EZ4X4 FLIP TOP HINGE SYSTEM AND AFTER DOING EXTENSIVE RESEARCH THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM A SHOT.

    I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS DIRECTLY.

    HAVING DONE THE INSTALL IN THE EARLY PART OF SPRING THE ONLY CONCERN I HAD WAS LIVING IN ******* AND WHEN THE SUMMERS COME TEMPS ARE IN THE 100 TEENS +. BUT THE WEB SITE NOTED THAT THESE PANELS HAD BEEN TESTED IN ALL EXTREME TEMPS. WELL...,

    AFTER ABOUT A WEEK IN THE FIRST START OF SPRING WE HAD A FEW HOT DAYS. EXTREMELY HOT. DIDN'T THINK MUCH ABOUT THE TOP TILL ONE DAY WHILE USING THE FLIP TOPS, WHICH I USE ALMOST DAILY, THE ONE ON THE DRIVER SIDE FELT ODD WHILE I WAS OPEING IT. SO I CLOSED IT AND REOPENED ON NOTICED THAT THE REAR HINGE ON THE ROOF HAD STARTED TO PEEL OFF CAUSING A SLIGHT WONKY TWIST. SURE ENOUGH THE HINGE STARTED SEPERATE FROM THE FROM.

    I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR ATTEMPTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. I SUBMITTED MY ISSUE ON A SATURDAY.APRIL 13TH

    SUNDAY PASSED, MONDAY PASSED, SO I CALLED THEM DIRECTLY. THEY WERE CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND SPOKE WITH A PLEASENT LADY WHO INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD AND WERE THERE TO HELP AND THAT THE OWNER WOULD BE GETTING BACK WITH ME SHORTLY, SHE ASKED ME TO SEND PICTURES WHICH I DID AND SHE SHRUGGLED WITH BUT NONETHELESS GOT THEM FORWARDED TO THE OWNER BRIAN, WHO'M GOT A HOLD OF ME A DAY LATER.

    HE ASKED ABOUT THE INSTALL AND WHETHER I DID I CORRECTLY WHICH I NOTED I HAD AND HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME AFTER SEEING THE PICTURES.

    A DAY WENT BY, NOTHING, AND THE NEXT DAY I TEXTED HIM AND HE CALLED ME LATER THAT EVENING AND NOTED THAT THIS HAPP3NS FROMT TIME TO TIME AND SOME WHAT IMPLIED I WAS PROBABLY THE PROBLEM!?!?!?!

    HE SAID HE WOULD SEND ME OUT A NEW UNIT OVER A WEEK LATER STILL NOTHING I HAVE TEXTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS BRIAN AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING NOW.

    I WAS TOLD THE PROBLEM WOULD BE CORRECTED AND NOW THEY GHOST ME
