    March 1, 2024 - Customer Requests replacement for Valve Cover Gasket and Wheel Barren; Invoice Stated: $350 for parts and labor (Valve Cover Gasket) $150 for parts, $150 for labor (Front Wheel Barren)

    March 4, 2024 - Customer goes to get VCG repair

    September 12, 2024 - Customer receives an oil change and was notified Valve Cover Gasket was still leaking. Customer contacts Car Care LLC to notify of issue, CC was compliant

    September 26, 2024 - Customer goes to Car Care LLC and “repaired” VCG once more free of charge, but was inquired to pay for a $100 detail to discover issue. Customer also requested repair of Wheel barren, once quoted before. Car Care LLC notified customer that the ABS sensor would possibly turn/stay on due to possibly “breaking” something in midst of repairs due to it being sensitive. Customer has little to no knowledge about cars, so they agreed with the repairs. Customer also did not receive full detail as paid for. Customer was given a $50 discount. Car Care tells customer everything was replaced.

    10/01/2024 - Customer attempts to reach out due to new sounds in the area CC repaired. Car Care LLC did not respond.

    02/16/2025 - Customer gets unrelated repairs to vehicle, Customer explained prior work to Mechanic. Mechanic states the VCG was halfway repaired, leaving part of the job incomplete with original parts. Customer also tells them about Wheel barren repair and the concern for dashboard icons, Mechanic stated that there is a step by step process that could have been taken to assure no damage to the sensor. Mechanic even demonstrated. Customer attempts to reach out to Car Care LLC, no response was given.

    Timeline of Events:

    January 9, 2025: Initial contact with Angel about a 2015 ****** *******. He assured availability of a ****** report and prior inspection.

    January 10, 2025: Brief inspection and test drive at the dealership. Promised documents were not provided.

    January 14, 2025: Second test drive with co-worker, Jose. Rear brakes and tires exhibited safety concerns. Angel dismissed these issues but promised the vehicle was in good condition.

    January 15–17, 2025: Payment of $6,000 cash and assurance that detailing, oil change, and brake services would be completed.

    January 18, 2025: Upon pickup, the car had not been detailed, and promised services were unperformed. Employees were hostile when confronted.

    January 19, 2025: Inspection revealed major issues, including:

    Contaminated oil and coolant.

    Defective rear brakes and tires.

    Severe engine damage.

    January 20, 2025: Vehicle failed to start. Diagnostic codes confirmed multiple issues. Angel remained unresponsive.

    January 21, 2025: Refund request was dismissed. Angel insisted the car was “mechanically pristine.”

    January 22, 2025: Independent inspection by Montesi Auto Sales confirmed the engine was unsafe and required replacement. Angel responded with hostility and baseless accusations.

    Requested Resolution:

    Full refund of $6,000 for failure to deliver a safe and roadworthy vehicle.
